The men who have their penises mutilated spend the rest of their lives requiring the use of a “dilator,” the purpose of which you can look up yourself. The hormone drugs are needed forever and by definition cause a chemical imbalance with a CVS receipt-length list of adverse side effects, including weight gain, blood clots, and a higher risk of stroke. ..."
